SuptaMatsyendrasana/ Supine Spinal Twist: If you want to feel relieved from constant back pain, this asana is can be your permanent solution.

Vrikshasana/ Tree Pose: The final pose of this asana looks like that of a tall tree, hence the name. It stretches the things, torso, and shoulders, and builds strength in the ankles and calves.


It is a condition that affects a person’s metabolic system as the glucose level rises because of inadequate insulin production or due to the insufficient response of the body to insulin.

ArdhaMatsyendrasana/ Half Spinal Twist: People suffering from diabetes should do this asana to control body sugar levels.

Chakrasana/ Wheel pose: Chakrasana also helps people who are suffering from diabetes.

Indigestion/ Stomach Disorder:

Stomach disorder and indigestion can lead to several health issues such as Gastritis, Diarrhoea, heartburn, etc.

Paschimottanasana/ Seated Forward Bend Pose: This is a very simple asana that stretches the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings. It stimulates the liver, kidneys, ovaries, etc., and helps improve digestion.
